The Center for Social Success offers home visits to assess behavioral issues that occur in the child’s natural environment and develop specific, practical approaches to resolve these issues. Home visits provide families with the opportunity to address concerns that occur between family members and to learn effective strategies that fit the family’s lifestyle and routines.
The length of treatment varies based on the family’s needs. Treatment can be provided in four to six sessions (basic behavioral management) or as needed to address a wide spectrum of problem behaviors.
Home visits can be beneficial to children and their families who are experiencing significant conflicts at home because of the following types of behaviors: tantrums, disrespectful talk, not minding, physical aggression, toileting issues, sibling rivalry, and homework battles.
